Spa Etiquette & Policies

Arrival

We request you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for any preparation and a chance to unwind. Clients arriving late may lose time on their service.

Spa Attire

If you are having multiple services that require your clothing to be removed, robes and slippers will be provided as you move from room to room.

Cell Phones

At Sonya’s Med Spa we do our best to offer a calm and stress free spa experience. Please help us by turning your cell phone ringer off before arriving at Sonya’s Med Spa.

Socializing

While in Sonya’s Med Spa waiting area, please be aware that others may be receiving treatments so please refrain from speaking loud.

Children

We ask that only children receiving treatments visit Sonya’s Med Spa. We do not have an associate watching the Spa waiting area.Therefore, unattended children are not allowed for their own safety. This also ensures a relaxing spa experience.

Please Note: Minimum age of 14 years is required for Spa guests unless otherwise approved.

Client Privacy

You will never be asked to change in front of any of our staff or other clients. All rooms are private and you will be alone while changing. Staff member will always knock on the door before entering the room, and if you are not ready they will not enter. During the treatment, only the area being treated will be uncovered.

Right of Refusal

Sonya’s Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct and language.
